its testament to Mike and his guys that after not setting foot in the shop for a few years due to moving away, when I did he knew my name and asked how the bike I'd last bought 6 years previously was going. In a world where customer service is often too fake, this place re sets the bar. Genuine people in a well stocked shop.
Rang up just as they were closing to ask if they could fix my brakes - was on day 5 of JOGLE, but brakes had just failed. Said to call back in the morning and Mike came and opened shop half an hour early to get me back on the road. Fantastic service!

It's ran by people who care about what they seek above all else, and who go out of their way to ensure you're happy. Pro tip: always go to your local bike shop (LBS) rather than a chain, as they care a lot.
