Felt ripped off. 20 valet , patches of bodywork missed and windows smeared. The dash was the worst ,minging. I'll stick to DIY next time. I cleaned the car when I got home.
This lot think they own the car park in Dobies Garden Centre! Im a coach driver and one of the lads told me I could not park my coach in the bay which clearly says "coaches". He told me the layby was for cars to que along to get cleaned. Who do youz think you are?! Coach bay is for coaches. Not for your business.
Got home with my car and had marks all around the rubber seals around windows!!!Looks like they have do this with end of jet wash! Not happy at all and went straight back, they just shrugged their shoulders and said they had not done this.He told me they don't touch the car with end of jet wash but when he played video footage you could clearly see that the only time they did touch the car with end of jet was on marked area.Unprofessional and the way the owner talks to the staff is disgusting, they are talked to like rubbish. Owner has no manners at all.
I wouldn't say i wasn't happy with the mini valet extra i got today but my usual valet at same price is just better at Tesco's Warwick road which is a shame because i live at Dalston and this car wash is much more handy for me .They use certain dash cleaners like they all do but at Tesco's car wash they buff the cleaners back off again where as here (and it does appear to be a rushed job ) the dash and trims show oily residue like they have used the same cloth for putting on the cleaners as they did for buffing off ,if at all they did buff off .It looks unprofessional and fibres and dust will stick to the oiliness left behind .Also the hoovering was ok but again not as good as i'm used to the boot especially .On the up side all i need to do is carry a tea towel in the car now and just fly over the dash and the hoovering isn't so bad and they were quick and seems to be plenty of employees maybe a Sunday is a bad day as they were pretty busy . Will use them again maybe on a better day and time when they arn't so busy .
Always super friendly, efficient and today they even offered to do my bike for me too. Great place
