Most shop assistants rude and have a disgusting attitude towards customers with the exception of one or two especially towards older people. Have witnessed them raising there voices practically shouting at old people who have to take there time because limited ability or be rude to those hard of hearing, also when there are 1 or 2 customers in the shop they will blatantly ignore you to get on with packing shelves or having a gossip to other members of staff worst Co op in Carlisle shame its the only proper shop in dh or they wouldn't have much custom. Normally wouldn't post a review but it needs sorted.
Horrible shop! Rude staff! They speak to you like your stupid, basically throw your bags at you. no respect for their customers what so ever, rather carry on a conversation with another member off staff than rush to serve anybody. Always have to repeat what we want from behind the counter and still end up with the wrong thing! Everyone needs to do their customer service training again! Disgusting!
I have been served by a lady with dark hair and glasses here a few times one of which being today,I was absolutely disgusted with her attitude! Rude,abrupt, practically threw my shopping bag at me and slammed my receipt down on the counter. She needs her management to have a serious word with her and retraining on customer care because quite clearly she has none!
