Disgusting behaviour;A member of my family had an issue with there phone, upon requesting assistance the team in the shop employees became very aggressively shouting at us as we left the store, this is not something I expect form a shop in Carlisle.

Got visitors from abroad and took them to Stormfront to buy an Apple TV and other gadgets. We asked if they would give us a Tax Return Form and they said they would charge a 25 "admin fee" for that (?!). Friends and family have been buying all sorts of things in Carlisle for years and they've never been "charged" for a Tax Refund Form. Very, very disappointing.

Only interested in selling. Having been told by Apple that this store would fix my keyboard they then told me that Apple were lying to me and that they didn't actually have the same technicians? a matter that sounded very strange. All the aesthetics of Apple, none of the care of Apple.
