APPALLING SERVICEI ordered flowers and chocolates for my wife for her birthday as I was away from home. I placed the order two days before the event.According to their tracking site the delivery was made. IT WASN'T. My wife had been in all day and no one had attempted delivery. Tried to contact them by phone but no reply. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I shall be seeking legal redress.
Really wish I had read the other reviews for this company before ordering. DO NOT USE THEM!!Same delivery? No.I ordered flowers yesterday morning for my friend as she had opened up her new salon, it was a surprise obviously so did not mention it to her. As time went on through the day I started to panic they wouldn't be there on time so I called there helpline and they assured me they would definitely be there before 5, it also explains this on their website if it is a business, deliveries will be there before 5.I waited til just after 5 until I called back as I was so unimpressed but there office closed at 5! Phoned them, emailed them, STILL NO REPLY!I then receive a message off my friend to explain a card had been left (after 5) to rearrange delivery...are you kidding? I paid over 50 quid for fresh flowers to be left somewhere for 24 hours and be delivered next day.Completely ruined the surprise for her on her first day opening and waste of money.Still waiting for an email explaining and apologising and why I just paid money for my friend to organise delivery herself.
Should have been delivered the same day, I ordered flowers at 11.30am and they should have been delivered to her address, flowers did not show up and the Customer Support wasn't able to contact their driver for an update. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Since I wasn't able to call them and could only use the online chat I had to have my girlfriend call the next day which also ruined the surprise.
Really appalling experience. Ordered flowers to go to my partners office for his birthday. Asked for them to get there before 5pm. They never arrived. Called the next morning and told they had been delivered at 5.30. I complained as my partner stops work at 5. Spoke again and told a different story. That they were delivered at 3pm to his post room. Complained again and told by quite a stroppy young lady that it was out of their control. The delivery had happened and that I should read their Ts and Cs. Then emailed me the receipt that I should have received when I ordered the flowers. The post room logged the delivery at 5.20 pm and my partner had left for the day. They didnt deliver to their promises and the way I was treated when I complained was shocking. Avoid this company.
Rubbish. Ordered on Friday for Saturday delivery, assured no problem delivering. No flowers arrived on Saturday - had to check with recipient so the surprise was ruined AND no flowers turned up. No confirmation of attempt to deliver/dispatch, etc. Rang to complain on Monday and organise a refund as well as ensuring the flowers are not delivered. Girl I spoke to sounded about 12 and didn't know what was going on. Rude and disinterested and kept saying 'right' when I explained what had happened. Never once apologised for the flowers not coming. Agreed a refund, seemed completely oblivious when I explained that I wasn't asking for a refund, but was instructing her to refund. Completely stupid people and rubbish service.
