Do not park here had three parking tickets in the last 4 months kept tickets on all three. first clearly showed back within time, appealed and heard nothing back don't even get back to you an apology. Two more tickets with a letter wrong on the registration on the ticket, appealed through popla and lost had to pay total of 260.00 for both tickets.They are ripping people off on a grand scale and must be making millions, will not park here again ever,complete robbers.its about time Carlisle council sorted them out this is not good advertising for coming to Carlisle to shop

Paid for 4 hours. Left in 3 hours 48 mins and two weeks later parking fine. Still have ticket paid for and appealed. Appalling
Absolute rip off merchants. They charge a fee for every minute you call them and don't answer the phone. I am taking this further.OK after getting a text from a very helpful chap called Max. I now know there is a phone number you can call and they are the landlords. They will help you get your ticket squashed if you are genuine. Look at Lowther Street facebook page
AVOID THIS CAR PARK! I received 60 parking charge notice 17 days after I parked my car at this location, even though I paid the ticket and my car left the car park before the ticket was expired. Unfortunately, I didn't keep the parking ticket so I had no other option except to pay the charge. You would think it Pay and Display car park as it has no barriers at the entry and exit, so once your car left the car park you wouldn't think to keep the parking ticket. By the time you receive the parking charge notice most probably your ticket is already binned.
