Just had a family meal tonight and the food and service was excellent
Decent average pub but needs to improve on food production and delivery.
Ordered panini which took a very long time to be served. Salad was almost cooked on my plate having been kept under the heat lamps for so long. Good coffee though. Lacks attention to detail.
I've always liked the Near Boot - even worked there many years ago. It's been altered a lot since then and even the bowling green has gone. The food was good (all day brekkie) but I felt the service was a bit slow.
Amazing food. Be prepared to wait. Food takes a while but everything is fresh and cooked amazing. If you are in a hurry it is not a place for you.
