The staff are very unhelpful and ignorant.lots of staff wandering about but none of them asked If I was been seen to. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.
Excellent customer service and a brilliant, brand new car. Will recommend to family and friends travelling in the area and will use them again. A special thank you to Heather for looking after us and for arranging for a colleague to take us to the train station to continue our journey, an unexpected but welcome extra.-
Just finished a 2 day hire with Arnold Clark which we extended by an extra 2 days. Very friendly and helpful staff, great deal on the car and on the fuel. They even drove us to the station after we dropped off the car. Would absolutely use again.
