Very good will use again
Requested to collect car when branch opened @ 8am. Day before we arrived the branch rang us to offer a smaller car as they didn't have the size we ordered. We did the online check-in to speed things up. It took about 30 minutes to get all the paperwork done and collect the car. The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. Car was spot on, only smaller than requested and the overall cost was reduced by approx 10 for the 4 days... Should be slicker...easier to rent a car.

I cannot praise your sales advisor Adrienne at your Carlisle branch enough. We really are so grateful for the professional and sensitive manner in which she sorted a van for my son and cleared up confusion over documentation wed had with another car hire firm. In short, he got a van sorted to drive down to London, I got peace of mind as a parent and we both had our faith in car hire firms restored. Adrienne, youre a saint!!
