A genuinely fantastic buying experience with proper customer service when buying from the team at the Sony Centre Carlisle. They could not have been more helpful, unlike all other large photography specific stores that I tried that simply could not be bothered. Fantastic little store with a friendly and knowledgeable team. Specifically a shout out Grier, who had immense patience while I played with the cameras and tried out the lenses I was considering buying, even tempted to buy an a7s ii from the chance I had with it.
