Visited here on Saturday. Lots of choice and customer service from Johnny was second to non. Very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Would recommend to friends and family. Left with a new sofa and a very happy customer.
Just been into your Carlisle store to buy a new bed. Great customer service, manager and staff very nice and helpful. Bought our bed no pushy salesman. Def recommend.
It's DFS so buyer beware but the atmosphere here is not overbearing. Sales people were quite relaxed abd not 'pouncey' like in many other stores
Got a gorgeous sofa from hear really nice I would of gave 5 stars but the delivery men were shocking and lazy they tried to put it through my liven room window as it wouldn't fit through my door! But everyone knows they come apart so they eventually took it apart and got it in the living room but scuffed all the arm so then they had to order a new part for it. It only took them 6weeks but it is all sorted now and I love it can't tell other than that the sofa is amazing!!
Review is regarding DFS customer service .Order placed Feb , order was cancelled instead of colour changed. After chasing , sofas were delivered beginning of this month and are both faulty . Call made to advise of fault , service manager visited and sofas were sprayed in places and advised all would blend in within a week . 3 weeks later still chasing to have issue resolved as the sofas now look worse than originally did . Several emails sent and no reply or resolution .Have used the " call me " on more than one occasion , had online chat and was promised a call back .Still awaiting the call back . Phone call made and just advised will need to call back as person spoke to cannot help .Horrendous experience and poor customer journey and service .
