Very helpful staff offered tea and coffee. Victoria was very helpful and knowledgeable and showed us to our new mattress without any hard sell. We were given plenty of time to choose and shown all the various options available. Terms and conditions were clearly stated in a professional manner.
Excellent service, left alone to wander round which was great, sales lady Vicky very nice but spoke very fast, being elderly I couldn't always follow what she was saying...
Reasonable selection of bed and mattresses
Went in with my long term partner and service was fantastic, no hard sell. Her last mattress from a local independent didnt even last 13 month, and shes adamant to this day that the mattress delivered isnt the one she tried in the shop. The shop said it was but with a different covering? A real positive experience at Dreams compared to other similar retailers, both national and local.
