Excellent gym, helpful staff and spoilt for choice with machines and free weights, you can always manage to get on with your workout without having to wait for a machine to come free because there are so many.

A Carlisle institution, sprawling gym across 3 floors with dedicated cardio, free weights, machines and MMA areas. Non-membership so walk-ins are always made to feel welcome.
Quality no bullsh*t gym! I only use it once a month due to coming to Carlisle for work. It's one of them old-school gyms, what I call an absolute gem! Always looked after, clean, and well maintained. Huge selection of free weights, cardio fascinates, as well as friendly and helpful staff. We need more gyms like this down here in Kent! Would highly recommend to anyone who's serious about their training.
