Very poor service.I bought a ring which failed within five weeks. They replaced the ring but along the way they forgot to email me three times, didn't apologise initially and didn't appear to care about my feelings. After me asking/insisting on a gesture, they said they could give me a % off buying a new item as long as it wasn't in the sale.I then wrote to the area manager who didn't write back. I called and asked them to remind him to write back to me but he was in a meeting. A few weeks later I'm still waiting. My ring doesn't remind me of my wedding anniversary now, it reminds me of the hours of faffing about trying to get good service. Hopeless.
