Awful customer service, approached a women who looked like management to talk about a charm my mam had bought me for my 21st birthday, the charm had snapped after having it on not even a week. As I explained this the woman called me a liar and said the charm wasnt genuine, the charm was a 21st charm however the 21st part had snapped off when I asked the women to get the charm she continued to call me a liar and then eventually said the charm I asked her to compare my broken one with was discontinued, not only did she embarrass me in front of all the customers and employees in the shop she wouldnt even look at my broken charm as it wasnt genuine, unfortunately my Mam has the receipt however I have went into this store before with a faulty charm and no receipt and they have replaced it, either way not sure why she was so rude! Considering I had 3 pairs of pandora earings in, 5 rings from there on my finger, a necklace and a bracelet full of charms I thought ide get better customer service and a little bit more respect the woman was arrogant and no help at all, basically walked in to complain and got called liar!
