An attractive, leafy former marketplace surrounded by historic buildings, shops and cafes. I stopped here on my way to the castle. The perfect place to enjoy my packed lunch and watch the world go by!

I come to Carlisle all the time from the Stagecoach 685 bus from Newcastle. This is a great place to hang out and shop.
