Great to deal with. I only use BPK to find me my tenants and its always within a few days. They are always great to advise on the type of tenant and who to go for to keep the property in tip top condition. Very happy with the service every time.
Not the best at communicating and quite pushy. They didnt really listen very well to our needs and they made a few mistakes with our property selling price which caused some stress and it took longer to complete. Wouldnt recommend Im afraid to say.
Tried to put an application in for a rental property via email as advised, followed this email up twice with phone calls to ensure my application was received only to phone this morning to discover that Joe had not even looked at my email and therefore we lost the property. Thanks a lot.
Listened to any conserns. Didn't try anything funny when it came to returning the deposit like other estate agents. Very happy.
