Asked about letting a property, was sold down the river yes,yes,yes, we will do everything to help get you the property bla bla, then you pay cash 300 just to do basic checks, which is 5 mins by email, basically turn down anyone even if you don't have credit, or even a guarantor with 25 years nursing history, i've also got a glowing reference from my current landlord (which they never even bothered to contact.. when asked for a refund for the processing fee, its a nasty no and the tone changes... DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LET A PROPERTY WITH THIS COMPANY, also the property viewed had rubbish all over and a car exhaust on the doorstep of the back door, a shambles..
