Thanks to the ladies and gentleman at H&H King. Every member of staff considered mine and my wifes needs. Piers initially valued my house at a very awkward time which Im grateful for. He reassured me that his team would look after me which they did! Laura and Glen kept me informed throughout and Gillian was delightful during some difficult negotiations.

Arrogant, rude and awful customer service. Made an appointment to view a rural property on a specific date and time - the agent had refused to give me her contact details or e-mail confirmation of the viewing, despite it being quite hard to find and at a time when their office would be closed. Waited an hour at the property and the agent failed to attend. When she did then attend for a viewing with someone else there was no apology and she denied having made any appointment for me!Generally rude and abrupt on the phone. They act like its a hassle to arrange a viewing and that theyre not bothered about selling properties. Never received the home report yet either (Scottish property)
