Fab old worldly pub with good food and great atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff and the landlord, Barrie is a true gentleman.

Really fantastic food. Generous portions, and tasted beautiful. Found a hair in one of our meals, but management dealt with it perfectly- these things happen!

Great tender rest beef dinner with roast potatoes, mash, veg, Yorkshire pudding. Great atmosphere and roaring fire.

Good home cooking and friendly staff. I had steak and haggis pie, lovely but a bit rich for me.
