We booked up online way in advance for one night, even phoned to confirm the price as 23.50. Then the next morning after our stay we were told that as well as the 23.50 they wanted to charge us 5 a child ???? Now the facilities are nice, but the customer service isn't much cop and, to be honest, I'd trust them about as far as I can throw them and I am still waiting for the final bill. Never, ever again!
Colin, Brenda and Richard are the owners who are very helpful people who are very welcoming when you first meet them and the caravan sites is well thought out and Easy to use.
Definitely one of the best site iv stayed on! Owners are very friendly & Very helpful couldn't ask for anything more. Will be back soon!
