Had an appointment with Dr Mellor fri gone ..i have been poorly for the last 2 weeks i went to see him as i still didn't feel well...he was very rude very off hand didn't even examine me totally disgusted Attitude i was given medication from the AAndE doctor the Thurs before his reply was well wouldn't of give you themYet he gave me a prescription for the same ....Certainly wouldn't recommend or go to him again disgusting attitude .........
Disgusting the amount of time your on the phone to make appointments behond belief the amount of time you wait to collect the prescription to which is NOT made up for collection when you go to the chemists I had to go elsewhere for my medication hope to God don't need that place the NHS is a disgrace for what we pay into it
I'd give them less than 1 star if possible. I came away feeling worse than when I walked in. USELESS.
I wouldn't give them 1 star if it was an option, been with them since I was a child, they're a shambles of a practice, can never get an appointment. I used to say I was going on holiday and it was an emergency, but that doesn't even work now. I honestly don't see why I'm even registered with them anymore. Just end up self diagnosing the problem anyway. A complete and utter joke!
Rubbish practice. Reception staff are not helpful or sympathetic. Cant book an appointment in advance. Such a poor service
