Atrocious place that cares very little about its patients, upwards of 30 mins waiting to get through with a call when no one else is on the line, why? because laziness
Called in to pick up prescription and asked for results of some tests. Was asked if I could wait 30 minutes and a doctor would see me before surgery commenced. I waited less than 10, the Doc took me through the results and all was well. I have rarely had an issue with getting through on the telephone and recently have had excellent service. The staff have helped me through a few minor issues, speedily and with a friendly but professional manner.
Worst place get an appointment u have to call on the day at 8am on the day to be stuck on hold for 30 mins surely in this day and age u can book an appointment in advance
