Rang the dealership, no one from sales available, so left message with female employees for a ring back to see if any available.This is the third time happening to me. This is customer service at its worst.
Came here 2 weeks ago with our car no courtesy car available got a price from them told them what was wrong with the car they charge us on other jobs that needed done as they give us the impression the car was fixabel. when we ask them if what we asked of the car was sorted they said yes and were on with sorting bits of the other work out.cutting a very long story short they cost us 1094.05 then to be told what we bought the car in originally for they could not get the part for was discontinued and would not pass its next mot and that they could do nothing for the car and can we come and collect and pay the bill.staff do not phone you back thanks border cars for nothing and i will tell people to stay clear from you guys
They were very helpful. We were trying to get a test drive on a jeep. Dumfries couldn't help us so husband went online and found out there Carlisle branch had held in. So we did eventually get a test drive thanks to the staff at Carlisle. But why did Dumfries branch not tell us about their Carlisle branch had keeps there
My wife and I really enjoyed the buying experience at Border Cars Carlisle. We were impressed with Christian the salesperson who sold us our New Jeep Cherokee automatic. We got a fair deal trade in on our previous Cherokee and didnt feel pressured at any time. We were shown a very professional but friendly manner at all times. Also we must mention Jai trainee who even though we discovered later it had been his day off, came in early to accommodate us on a tight time-window when we first looked at the new vehicle. We would certainly recommend Border to friends and family.

The test drive was undertaken in a calm atmosphere where I could experience the car for myself without intruding chatter but with careful answers to my questions. The whole experience was very positive.
