Got my new motability car from here, Trevor the guy who sorted out it all out was brilliant, couldn't fault him in any way, lovely guy, nothing was too much for him, on the day i picked it up, he went through everything with me, any questions i had he answered perfectly. This is the 2nd mokka I've had from here, the staff are always pleased to see you and nothing is too much trouble for them..I will definitely be going back there for my next car, very helpful and lovely people.
I gave the original 5 star review based on the service received from Shauna. It's been revised after dealing with the salesman. Could not have been less interested. Shauna was lovely (she is the reason for the 2 stars, otherwise it would have been 0) and looked after us for over an hour while we waited to see the salesman, but we had to leave and never got to see him. Came back the next day for a test drive and from the moment we sat down he wasn't the slightest bit interested. He didn't as us what we were looking for (used car) and straight away ran through some numbers for a brand new car. It was as if he didn't want to sell us anything. I said those numbers he'd given is were out of our budget, I said actually we were looking at used rather than new and he just said "yeah, that's an option, but you'll be paying just as much"...?! I get that you want a car to be affordable but purposefully putting a customer off and not even trying to find out what it is they're looking for is bad form. Never even got to see inside the car. So we left and went to Lloyd Mini instead, where we have received fantastic customer service, the salesman has been so helpful whenever we've called in and you feel like a valued customer. We've already had a 48hr test drive and are now looking to purchase a used Mini. So do yourself a favour and go there instead!
