Service department refused to look at my Skoda which had an intermittent problem. Drove in while the problem was active and was told to book it in. Explained the situation again and was told by the service manger it had to be booked it and they did not have time to look at it. When my car is due to change I will not be going to carlisle Skoda. I will travel the extra 1/2 hour to get the amazing service offered by Skoda in Dumfries. Carlisle staff rude and extremely unhelpful. Possibly because I am female, young, who knows, will not be back!
