Very helpful staff, great cars!
Were great when purchasing a car, but after care is not whats expected from Audi brand. Dont go to garage to book a service all youll get is a phone number for a call centre! Then when you leave saying youll take it elsewhere you get told oh ok sorry about that. Ive had 5 Audi this will be my last as thats 2 different garages Ive had problems with, went to another garage and they were more than happy to deal face to face with me!!

I have just picked up my brand new Q2 S Line today and I am so happy with my purchase. From walking in to see Graham Sharrock who sold me my previous Audi to the handover tonight I cannot find fault with the service i have received. I would 100% 'recommend Audi and Graham to anyone. Thank you so much again!
Sales executive Kingsley was fantastic from start to finish, however the same cannot be said for the front of house staff. I was not approached or aknowledged by the receptionist or showroom host despite them looking over on a number of occasions. As a sales executive myself working in the same industry, i cannot understand why you would not want to welcome a potential customer and make them feel valued in your dealership. Looking forward to taking delivery of my new car this Sunday where hopefully the experience finishes on a high.
