Turnednup at 8.30 am prompt as requested , because coming form Penrith I waited till my Mazda 6 got a mirror repair . Was told that it would be 20 mins .It took over 2 1/2 hours before I got it back .No apologies for the false time given , and can't believe all!this time was spent on the repair ..Dreadful customer service !

So much better this time. I had yet more problems with all 4 brakes on my CX5. This time when I got the car back it felt altogether better. The brakes smooth and the hill start working very smoothly. Despite the fact I have been a problem customer they treated me with respect. Particularly good was the lady who booked my car out. Its fair to give credit where due.
