Tried on several occasions to make an appointment by phone but always put on hold. Whilst I may eventually be able to get through, I'm not going to wait 10 mins + to do so. Will be changing practice. Would not recommend.

The administration of this practice is by far the worst iv'e ever come across. Having only recently moved into this practice I hand delivered my registration form with all my medical detail which also included the detail relating to my much needed monthly medication, allowing three weeks for processing. Three weeks later I discovered that my medication detail had not been picked up and so calling at the practice in person the receptionist spoke to the medications team and stressed the importance of my supply, to which the reply was that on my return in 5 days time(when my tablets had run out) that my medication would be ready to collect.5-days later I called to collect my medication only to be told that they had nothing for me, so calling into the practice, which is next door, I asked for my perscription and again they asked me for my medication detail which I again supplied for the third time of asking. Eventually, after the receptionist had spoken to the medications team, stressing the urgency of supply (no tablets), I was informed that my perscription had indeed been approved and that I could collect either today or tomorrow first thing from the chemist next door.So, rather than go over to the practice again in person for the 5th time, I decided to give the chemist a ring to confirm they had my medication waiting, and, guess what? "NO SORRY, WE HAVE NO PERSCRIPTION FOR THAT NAME" I'm going to ring again this afternoon and if its not there then I shall be having serious words again with the practice, that's if I'm still here given that I have no medication. So, the message here is, if you have a choice of which practice to join then I would seriously question if you should join this one given the number of appauling reviews to date.
This practice is an absolute joke, countless bad experiences. From waiting 6 weeks to having bloods taken, to the receptionists thinking their doctors. Even something as simple as requesting a sick note leaves me with the same response "no appointments for 5 weeks call back tomorrow"
They rarely answer calls. Went in & booked the first available call back appointment , three weeks hence . They failed to make the call back, so started over. Eventually secured a call back. Now told they have no future appointments at all and try again tomorrow. What on earth is going on at this place.
