Motability customers beware everything is fine when you choose your car but I have just booked mine for its first service. At first I was told motability wouldn't pay for a courtesy car which is not true it is up to the dealer to do this then I was told they would book a courtesy car and see what happens. After motability spoke to them they said there was no courtesy car available despite one being booked only minutes before they then gave me the option of hanging around for a minimum of 2 hrs or they would come 15 miles to collect it and bring it back after the service leaving me stranded in my own home in a very rural location. So if your thinking of a new hyundai go somewhere else as these people don't care about you or your disability
