Great accommodations staff and shop in general.
Very poor customer service from a salesman. Went in over Christmas to enquire about an X5. The guy clearly couldn't be bothered. Opened the door to the demo for us and literally didn't say one further word even after we explained what were looking for. Didn't know the answers to our questions, never asked us a question. Told us the new model would be out "sometime late 2019". Left with no info and subsequently found out the new model is available in April. Ordered elsewhere!!
Unbelievable bad attitude off one young girl on the back counter definitely needs retrained with life skills and customer relations
On 21/7/2018 I and my wife and two children were driving on the M6 at speed when their engine suddenly cut-out. They lost all power and were forced to veer across the motorway onto the hard shoulder. There were two police helping me at the time.They also checked that there were no warning in the car.thank you very much MR Shaun Todhunter Help me.great personal service provider.
