We recently bought a small car here. We were very clear that price was an important factor. We were not looking at big flashy cars and yet the sales man Steve treated us as if we were buying a Mercedes! He knew his stuff and took time to compare cars. He calmly and clearly explained things to us and we felt very comfortable. They had a car we liked and offered us a very reasonable trade in and a competitive price. We always shop around and told him that we intended to go to neighbouring garage to see what was there. We literally took fifty steps and said to each other that there was no point. The car at Lloyds was lovely, the deal they offered was fantastic and we actually both appreciated how well we had been treated, and not pressured. So we went back and bought the car. Today we went back to pick it up and it was spotlessly clean, they added on an extra warranty at no cost, and the paperwork was done there and then with minimal fuss or hassle. As an extra nice touch the manager Richard came over to tell us that some interest had already been shown in our old car which made my partner happy. I would highly recommend this garage. We are extremely satisfied and intend them to be my first port of call when I come to change my car.
Just collected our new car this morning. We have had a great experience from finding the car, to collecting it. Craig was very knowledgeable on the product and was more than helpful with our need to ensure the car met our needs as a family. Craig kept in touch with me during the week as we requested some additional retrofitted options to the car and he kept us informed throughout the week so that we could organise the collection in a timely manner.When we came into the dealership we were made to feel relaxed and comfortable. The sales manager (Richard) was a big factor into the purchase of our vehicle - he was very honest and open about our deal and Id highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family as a result.

Had a very good experience buying through Lloyd Used Car Centre. Steve was very laid back and didn't pressure me at any point during the sale, details about minor defects were provided up front before I travelled down from Scotland. There was a slight issue after taking delivery but it was resolved with a few emails.
