Well after arriving at Telfords to just browse their Citroen ds available, we were greeted by a salesman whose name is David. I'm afraid l did not get his surname, however he is the young man who wears waistcoat with pocket watch. What a really genuine young man! I know what you are all thinking, they want to sell you a car. Well maybe, but being a head strong woman l am far from being easily swayed. I gave my budget, preference of colour (so important), extras without the price. Poor David showed me many, many car's fitting my description. Oh dear!!! I clapped eye's on one completely above my budget, wrong colour but had all the bells and whistles a girl could dream of. "I want this one but it's more than what l wanted to pay!" David bless him said, " Let's see how we can make it affordable for you!" My first thought was, I'm gonna get fleeced here, but NO, what David was unsure of he found a manager with experience to walk me through everything. Anyway long story short today l picked up my shiny new Citroen ds with a payment each month that won't break my bank. They even traded in my silver Suzuki Alto to take off the price, which to be honest was a tin can and not worth much. Thankyou David and everyone at Telfords who made my visit worthwhile. My husband is now looking to part exchange his Citroen ds bought from another dealer who did not look after him as well as you did with me. Top marks to you all
