Excellent value, lovely staff
Highly recommended close to all means of transport, right at the centre bars restaurants , shops, rooms clean ,staff great,food plenty and tasty
Well what a lovely hotel, rooms a huge and elegantly homely feel and the staff are lovely and the hotel is slap bang by everything you need
It was very sweet of the staff to do up our room for our anniversary. The service was very good and the location is great for shopping and getting about. There is a bit of noise at night but you can get earplugs from reception as the train station.
Stopped for breakfast as convenient for the station. Staff were slow to replenish fruit salad and pastries. Cranberry juice was "juice drink" with sweetener. Cooked breakfast was good, sausage good and potato hash browns tasty.
