Great overnight stay, very friendly staff , great breakfast next morning. First class overall
Not our first visit and most certainly won't be our last, staying in Chiswick (townhouse) the apartment was fantastic. Really well provisioned and in fact well enough so that we were able to cook for friends during our stay. Excellent service from staff throughout leaving us confident.that someone was always on hand if needed. Back again soon!!
I stay here every week due to work. It's like my second home. Rooms are fantastic and the food always excellent. Customer service is excellent and all staff are very helpful and friendly

We came to Carlisle from Preston on Sunday for our Anniversary and parked behind the Halston. As we passed we saw the board outside advertising a Sunday lunch. We called in and to our surprise was very reasonably priced, so we called on the way back and had your lovely roast beef Sunday dinner. What a superb place and meal !! really relaxed and the service was outstanding without being intimidating. Thanks to all the staff for making our anniversary a day to remember and what a great place Carlisle is to trip too.
