Lovely Staff!
Very nice staff helpful and room nice and clean I recommend
Fawlty towers. Rooms smell of damp. Paper-thin walls you can hear everything. Rat boxes in the corridors. Customer service is awful. All their peanuts and scampi crisps are sold full price but upto a year after there best before date. Just got dismissed when brought to their attention.. Take slippers you won't want to walk on the carpet, I've stayed in worse. Lovely stain glass windows tho.
Think working mans club in terms of style. Staff were friendly and prices were good
